Indeed. I was surprised these even existed - I've no remembrance of taking them hardly. Found them tucked in an old album with random prints (very few) from that time and earlier - really the only album I had then. I was also surprised that nearly all of them were quite good.

I am not familiar with that lens...is it as big and heavy as the Sonnar?
Just under 1kg, but easily hand held at 1/125 or higher shutter speeds. Uses 77mm filters and has a built-in hood.

Phil.

I tested the mysterious 18-28mm zoom we discussed in the gear thread taking a pic "Less Mess" style with my Praktica BC3: auto mode, f22 selecting the longer exposure as possible (40 seconds with this camera), this is the result:

I didn't compose inside the viewfinder, just left the camera on the table.

That came out very well.

A few more from the Speed Graphic. Remembered to take the dark slide out for all of these rolls, at least, and can finally confirm that both the rangefinder and both shutters appear accurate enough. Though there is a potential light leak that I'm keeping an eye on. (It's only really visible on one shot, with the shot before and after it on the roll showing very faint signs. The lack of it in other shots makes me hope that it's something that went wrong with the film itself.)

Pacemaker Speed Graphic (with Graphic "23" rollfilm back).
Kodak Ektar 101mm f4.5.
Fomapan 400 Action.

Thanks, it's the first experiment of this kind for me.

Coming back home I found this cat sleeping on a motorbike:

Getting closer he woke up:

I think they are fun shots.
