I thought that the new Across wasn't even going to be available until autumn. Regardless, the way Fujifilm prices are these days it's unlikely I'll try any either. There are a lot of B&W (& colour) film prices which are taking the p*ss these days (Ferrania, JCH).
Disturbing.

It might be the old Acros. I know one of the local shops got hold of some of the last batch of it and is selling it at a markup for people who just can't live without it.

Though I'd wager the new stuff won't be nearly as cheap as the old stuff, given it's not guaranteed to be produced for any markets other than Japan.

FWIW box has "new" stamped on it: Fujifilm Neopan 100 Acros Black and White Negative Film (35mm Roll Film, 36 Exposures) - Downtown Camera

You'd think the product description would be boasting it up as the new version. How could they resist. And I'd think Fuji would have had released a new data sheet on development times or some reference to them being the same or not with typical developers. I only find Data Sheets: AF3-095E and AF3-083E.

$27.25, ouch!

That's more than the new Kodak Ektachrome 100..........

Fuji must be trying to loose money in their film division.

We'll see where it's at in a few months. I'm betting after christmas it will be available in unboxed 'bulk' rolls for < $20.

That's the original Acros, picture probably from when it was new. Acros box design changed some time ago to this: Google Image Result for https://www.fotoimpex.com/shop/images/products/gallery/Fuji-Acros_100_Kleinbildfilm_1.jpg

The new one, from the images shared by Fujifilm, states "Acros II" on the box.

MX, T-Max 100 SMC A 35-70 and at the Macro end

---------- Post added 07-18-19 at 07:27 PM ----------

Notice the swirl patterns down the RHS of the picture above - any ideas on what may cause that? No sign of them on the previous roll but on every frame of this roll. Development was commercially done as well scanned.

Condensation in the roll? X-Ray scanning at the airport?

More on the following:

Pictures taken near York, Western Australia in mid-summer with very dry grass in the fields.

MX T-MAX M28 2.8

Not sure what it is, but it's in the same area of each shot. Adds some interesting sort of "flair" to the shots.

Can you see the streak on the negative in #2? And was that tree branch actually there in the URHC? It looks like the streak is exposure on part of the negative while the film was moving.

Looks like a shutter curtain leak.

Stunning shot. We have a couple of statues of him here (I've only seen the one in Riverdale Park).
