After more than 2 decades without use, I sent my Yashica Mat124G for a CLA and took it out in the field!

Commercial scans. Waiting for the negatives to try scanning on my own. Added a hint of contrast in photoshop. I'm a sucker for high contrast

Thanks,

Thanks,
Those look great. I stripped and repaired my Yashica 24 a couple of months ago. The shutter speeds were way too slow. I put a roll of Acros through it and developed it but my scanner only does 35mm so I'll have to wait until its warm enough to get in my darkroom to print the negs and see how good my repair efforts were. Negs look ok though so fingers crossed.

Thanks,
Yay! Yashica! The nice thing about the TLR is that they are fairly lightweight and nicely hand-holdable.

Not the Mamiyaflex C. It's a beast.

Ummmm...yes, those would be the exception to the rule as might the Gowlandflex...

Listen, unless it's a 20x24 Polaroid, I'm not impressed.

I'm more impressed by the idea of glass plates. Glass. Plates. Just let that sink in.
