Cool patterns. Are those real Roman mosaics, or a modern mural (I'm guessing the latter)?
You're right, it's modern, but in the front there is a Roman villa ruins with one of the first underground central heating !

Here're a couple I did in Infra-Red with a 720 nanometre filter.

Pentax K1000 // 720nm filter // Rollei Retro 400S // Exposed for ISO 12 // Developed for ISO 400 in ID-11 1+1.

Wow! I really like the second one....I've always wanted to try IR, but the cost and complexity have always scared me off.

You mustn't be scared, trixtroll. The filter is the costliest bit, but once you have it, you have it. It's no more complex than other B&W. Well, not with Rollei Retro 400S it isn't. It's a high-ish-contrast B&W film (made by Agfa?) which is sensitive at the red-end of the spectrum and lends itself to IR photographs as well as panchromatic ones. All you need to remember is to meter for 12 ISO (that was my starting point and it seems to have worked) and attach the IR filter before shooting. I used a light meter app in my phone. You won't see through the lens so you'll need a tripod too, to compose your pic before attaching the filter and exposing. You haven't to be in a hurry when you're photographing with it! Just develop using the times as for ISO400. I gave it sixteen minutes at 20 degrees C in ID-11 1+1.

I haven't tried 'proper' IR film yet, but now I have a filter I shall. The only difference that I am aware of is that it must be loaded and unloaded in the dark - or so I read a long time ago. I would certainly do this with 120 roll film. In fact, if you're using roll-film you'll probably need a camera with no red window on it for the film numbers!

Certainly worth having a go.

Thank you! The humble little Ricoh 500G did well here, I think.

Lab developed Ferrania P30 @ box speed Nikon FM + 50mm f1.8 (standing across the street) - took the liberty of cloning out some distracting hydro lines.

Lab developed TMax 100 @ box speed ME Super + Super Tak 50mm f1.4 ( I think its at f2).

Perfect contrast and sharpness. I love crisp B&W.
