Yeah I can't say what the airplane is worth but the moorage must be cheap; otherwise, I'd think you'd get it flightworthy and use it.

FAA says it hasn't been registered since 2014, and then to a guy in Hawaii, but it seems he's owned it since 1975...

They're really interesting planes; this one was made in 1946...

But it begs the question why you'd pay rental on a hangar like that 7 years after giving up on the registration... I'd bet there's an unhappy story there...
