Nice shots. Do you remember what aperture you had set?

Unfortunately I didn't record the info. I was using an app on my phone to meter the shots.

Beautiful spot and beautiful shot! CL in b&w seems to have more of an appeal than in colour, hard to explain why but it looks more scenic??

Phil.
Thanks Phil.
It definitely has a certain appeal in B&W. I need to get up there and shoot some B&W with my 67. Maybe I'll save a roll of Rollei Pan 25 for Crater Lake.
It's hard to beat the color of blue you get with Velvia there though.

Good plans, Colton, and yes, a color option there would be great--and a 67 B&W. I really liked that photograph! It does seem to ask for technical drama.

I'm still going through my older photos. Today I ran across this one from 2011, shot with a 645n and FA 45-85 and Fuji Acros.
Great shot! Interesting that you can see the surface of the water being pushed by the gusts, or puffs, of wind.

I have only one compact film camera, an Olympus Mju. It's completely automatic with no control at all over exposure but it seems to expose well and the lens seems very sharp. The lack of control is frustrating but the small size, light weight and AF make it handy for carrying everywhere.

Since I just got the light seals replaced on my ME Super this weekend I haven't taken any recent shots with it. In fact, these were only a few of the ones (prints) I could find that I have taken with it. Both of these are from around 1980-81, when I was 10-11 years old. Used my Grandfather's darkroom. Most likely Tri-X. Scanning is horrible. A new negative scanner as well as film developing gear is on the "to buy" list.

Once upon a time, the building was a service station, and I thought it mad a pretty cool period looking backdrop - as it most certainly would have been old in 1967 too - for these shots.
