This roll of film actually tore in half inside the camera, and I went into a dark closet in an attempt to rescue it. Some of the later shots were lost, those after the break, and some probably got a little light in the failed rescue attempt. After all that, I was still able to recover these shots by loading the film diectly from the camera take up pool onto the reel in the darkroom. Disappointing as nothing like this happened with the first test roll.

I really like the way you framed the shot of cyclist on the beach. Very nice.
Thanks. I cropped the 35mm frame square because I felt it drew the eye to the cyclist. I'll probably do the same for the wet print when I next get in the darkroom. I like your FSU shots. I don't have an Industar 61 but I've got a Jupiter 8 on my Kiev which gives a similar results. I really need to get out and use it more

Thank you. I just got the FED, my first LTM, and I sure that I will soon have LBA for it too.

How about a "lomo" shot. I picked up a Vivtar PN2011, which reminds me a even simpler version of a Holga, for free at a yard sale this past weekend and decided to run a roll of my least favorite film through just to see what would happen.

This was the result, and for whatever reason, I like it. lol

Which shows it is not the equipment that gets you a good picture, but the eye of the photographer.

Nice shot, my in-laws now live in Creston B.C. so my wife and I go there often.

Here is a shot of the same grain elevator in June 2012, from a different angle.
It’s long since stopped being a grain elevator and now the main floor is a pub. (The second grain elevator is behind and grey in colour.)

Would this be the second elevator?

Yep, but it's a little worse for wear now 35 years later.

That's a lovely looking shot, well exposed and developed. I don't suppose you can remember the film?
