Looks great. Man, so much better than my results with Delta 3200 at 1600 ISO in DD-X. How any/frequently did you agitate?

For 10sec the start of every minute, develop time was 13 min. I'm such a beginner, I follow the directions exactly and after 7 rolls (I did say beginner) haven't had any screw-ups....yet !!

I do like the look better than at 400 ISO, will try 3200 next.

Some shots from inside a fire brigade park (the oldest one in Madrid) with MX and Tri-X pushed to 1600.

I went down to the nearest wharf to see if the boats were in the water for the upcoming lobster season, but only the traps are set out for loading. I rather wished I had a colour film as all the floats are painted in various colours to show who owns them, and all those lines are various bright colours too. Never mind, I chose XP2 as it was dull and overcast with rain and flurries in the air.

I think this was the very first roll of B/W film I shot and developed all by myself.

I also shoot with the same film and am also just beginning...! I'm lucky enough to have a very good lab close by and access to high end scanners, enlargers, paper, dark room, chemicals, etc. at the university I study and work at. Until now, so for my first 4 or 5 rolls, don't remember exactly how many, I had them developed at the lab, however, I'd like to try it myself this Summer. I still haven't scanned my developed film, but will post here when I do.

Anyway, my question for you was regarding your exposition of the hp5+ film. Do you simply set your camera at iso 1600 and then properly exposed the shot as per the internal meter of the camera? Then you simply adjust the developing time accordingly?

Thanks!
