I do like the look better than at 400 ISO, will try 3200 next.
I also shoot with the same film and am also just beginning...! I'm lucky enough to have a very good lab close by and access to high end scanners, enlargers, paper, dark room, chemicals, etc. at the university I study and work at. Until now, so for my first 4 or 5 rolls, don't remember exactly how many, I had them developed at the lab, however, I'd like to try it myself this Summer. I still haven't scanned my developed film, but will post here when I do.
Anyway, my question for you was regarding your exposition of the hp5+ film. Do you simply set your camera at iso 1600 and then properly exposed the shot as per the internal meter of the camera? Then you simply adjust the developing time accordingly?
Thanks!
