Here are the Forth rail and road bridges respectively. The beginnings of the new bridge are visible in the second shot, though this was a year and a half ago so it's moved on considerably since then.

This is a goofy pic that I had taken when I bought the LX to test the fabled lightmeter long exposure capabilities of the camera.

I was in a hotel room oiling my Denner voice flute and I had the idea to test for how long the shutter could remain open in dim light with an ISO 400 film (XP2+ I think).

I closed the diaphragm at f22 and as far as I remember it took 3 minutes to complete the exposure

Nice pic! I also like locomotives and machinery in general.

These were taken last year with my LX and the A 35-210 zoom.

Going through quite a few rolls I got back from the lab. Most of the medium-format stuff shows some scanning artifacts, which means I'm going to have to take them back to get re-scanned.

Ah well. In the meantime, here are some of them. These four were shot on some ORWO NP15 that expired back in 1980. Exposed at about ISO 6, which meant lots of shots wide-open or close to it, and the negatives were definitely a lot scratchier than I'm used to.

Rollei RPX 25. Not certain I'm a fan of this one. Contrast is a bit too strong for me.

I really like both of these, including the contrast.

Thanks.

For the complete opposite of RPX 25, some Eastman Double-X. The local store has some rolls from a different reseller, so I probably should buy one and see if I get the same low-contrast1 results with it as I have with these rolls.

1. These shots have been tweaked in post to make them something other than "uniformly grey".

GAF L-17.
Auto Chinon 55mm f1.7.
Eastman 5222 "Double-X".

One of your better pictures of a motor vehicle. Not sure the star burst effect really adds anything to it.
