That second shot is full on "Dude - were you taking my pic while I was asleep? Effing creepy."

Yes it was a F..k off moment.

Ironically that stray cat wasn't intimidated by that kind of bazooka I was using to shoot him.

Seriously, I love this badass lens.

It's also good for shooting young girls without being addressed as a sexual predator.

Thanks, it's the first experiment of this kind for me.

Coming back home I found this cat sleeping on a motorbike:

Getting closer he woke up:

I think they are fun shots.

Praktica BC3, Sonnar 200mm f2.8 wide open, XP2+

Beautiful! Yep I think the cat is telling you to go somewhere very hot! Nice work with the Sonnar.

A few more shots pulled off the rolls I'm going through. While the shots in this post are all the same emulsion, I'm thinking they were from different batches. I really love the results from this film when you get a good batch, but when you don't… — well, just look at the last shot for an example. (Even if it was shot on a Holga. )

Flexaret IIa.
Mirar 80mm f4.5.
Shanghai GP3.

Holga 120N (with 645 mask).
Shanghai GP3.

Yes! I'm always surprised by how much I like the results every time I use it, particularly as this Trip is a 1968 one.

Here's another - The chap sitting on the double bass caught my eye. He was part of a street jazz band taking a break from busking.

Excellent results, a simple camera, but it doesn't let you down.

Crowd willingly underexposed:

Praktica BX20, Flektogon 35mm f2.8, XP2 and a Pentax orange filter that I bought for £1.

I've recently become very fond of the short tele perspective, particularly for street photography, so I jumped at the chance to get hold of a minty M100/2.8 for a very good price the other day. I took it out for a test today and I'm really really pleased - sharp wide open, very pleasant rendering and nice bokeh. Fomapan 100 went together with it very well, and these were shot on the K1000.

Nice! I just got my copy of the M100/2.8 from Japan yesterday, will try it out in the next week or so. Looking forward to see how it compares to my K105/2.8.

Thanks Phil! I'm sure you'll enjoy it - I don't have a K105 to compare it to, but I was definitely pleased with the results.
