These two characters were part of my hospital's Halloween display.

I'm not sure what went wrong here; at least one picture on the roll turned out very nicely in exposure terms (not posting for privacy reasons), so I'm not quite ready to blame my developing or scanning process (yet). Shooting was with an S1a and Tmax 400, and I'm pretty sure I had a Super Tak 50/1.4 on the whole time. Exposure setting was with a Sekonic Studio Deluxe meter. I think where it falls in between whole stops, I need to go to the slightly overexposed side and see if that makes a difference.

It's been a long time (and a long story), but I finally got around to doing some portraits that I had promised this couple back in the summer. 645n, 120/f4, FP4+, HC-110, a strobe, two fill lights and the X1 for the scans.

Chris
Very nice work.

Kentmere 400 with HC110. K1000, probably a SMC-M 28mm f3.5 lens.

I use Acros for 100 and 400, developed in Xtol, with excellent results

I went out in the MIST we had for day and used my lovely Spotmatic F loaded with some 2005 dated Kodak Tri-X I had been given but not sure how tit was stored, as on processing with the liquid 'Promicrol' 1+14 for 13 mins as recommended I got high fog level and huge GRAIN which I am calling 'Artistic'. The second half of the cut film i used my 'home-made' Microphen Formula 1+1 and grain was better.

My film developing and scanning backlog is getting daunting and embarrassing, for now here are some Eiffel tower shots from much earlier in the year.

Shot my 2nd roll of Foma Retropan 320. Still very grainy, but not as bad as the previous roll. I attribute this to one of two things: either exposing at 250 instead of 320, or a more accurate camera meter.

That said: I've got one roll left and, barring some unforeseen revelation about this stuff, I doubt I'll be buying it again.

GAF L-17. (A rebranded Chinon M-1.)
Auto-Chinon 55mm f1.7.
Foma Retropan 320 soft.

---------- Post added 2016-12-24 at 12:15 ----------

And also this, from a very truncated roll:

I've said it in the past (and then went on to shoot another few rolls on it), but my Chaika is now well and truly dead. The body started raining screws like some demented piņata, and the shutter completely stopped firing less than a dozen frames into the roll. (Which I only found out much later, when I noticed the shutter wasn't making the very quiet 'ping!' it normally did.)

This — me fooling around with my flash — was the last frame I got from it.

MMZ Chaika-II.
Industar-69.
Efke KB100.
