I checked a few shops for P30 on a recent trip to Italy but didn't find anything.

Go shoot it. I’m kicking myself for all the old film I have that I didn’t buy when it was old...
I’ll get back a color-mangled roll and think ‘that was probably fine ten years ago ‘ 😕

The difference, of course, is the wine will improve with age. Your film's base will only get darker and darker with time.
