Fomopan 400 - bit too grainy for my taste, but I do have sentiment for this shot - my ongoing attempt to raise her having love for tangent analog media.

I recently received a Konica auto S2, only to find out it has a stuck shutter. Got a refund, but pretty bummed out because it's in good shape otherwise. Seems like a nice camera.

It's a surprisingly nice camera. Shutter is stuck how? The shutter blades on those are exterior to aperture iris and very easy to get to. Just the badge ring and one element group to unscrew simply and you're there. A *TINY* dab of a Ronsonol or Zippo fluid (naptha) will often free them if they are stuck simply due to disuse.

Seems more complicated than that... the self timer is stuck somewhere half way, the aperture ring has no effect on the aperture, which is closed.

You're looking at the aperture through the back via open film door, yes? You can't see the aperture blades from the front unless the shutter is open.
Stuck self timer isn't a good sign, but a drop of Ronsonol in it too could get it moving (very small) and VERY light pressure to help it along without forcing of any kind.
If it is the self-timer and you can gently get it to complete, the rest may be usable again.

Thanks both! Always fun trying to frame shots like this with a 28mm on the M2 (no 28mm framelines...)

Oh...there is a secret saying within the ranks of vintage shooters that "to touch the self-timer is to wish for a visit with death"...or something like that. The timers on most of bodies are fine, but I don't trust those on the Soviet cameras or on my Japanese rangefinders. Aperture linkage on some of those rangefinders may be likewise flaky. Both of my Yashica Lynx are waiting for aperture service due to bunged linkage rods.
