Tempus Fugit

The gizzards of my Gents 30-second impulse master clock: Praktica MTL3 (pure nostalgia kick, bought off eBay 'cos it was the first 35mm SLR I owned back in '79), Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 50mm f2.8 lens, Ilford HP5 developed in DD-X. Offset undiffused flashgun.

Latest acquisition. A 1952 Agfa Billy 1. It's one of the cheapest ways to get into 6x9 medium format. It's just been CLA'd.
Ilford HP5, Ilfotec LC29.

There ain't nothing like a frame.

This last one is interesting. If you look at the bottom right hand corner you'll see a light leak flare. When I was getting the film out of the camera I dropped it and it started to unravel. I assumed the whole roll would be ruined. But it was just this corner. It shows how effective the black backing of 120 film is.

Like it, looks like it was taken in a game in the 1940's!

Thank you, Phil - yep my thoughts exactly, it looks like a very old photo. Baseball is timeless as well.

Yes. You must be right. I thought it was just blown highlights. But the backing paper wouldn't have just lifted on one side.

Hot off the scanner... straight to you fellas. Didn't even take this one into Lightroom yet. I liked it just as it was.
