Nice images tuco. I was using my Horizont yesterday, but still have a way to go to finish the roll. Just read up on the Noblex. Didn't realise it has some front rise. Nice!

Noblex 135U, Noblar T 29/4.5, FX403, PMK Pyro

And one from a roll of expired Acros I also had in the freezer.

Very nice shots, particularly with the Panatomic.

Thanks. I look forward to seeing them. The film advance knob on the Horizont looks practical. The person who designed the controls on this Noblex 135U is one of those people who put aesthetics above function at the expense of making a good product bad. That person never used the camera with film in it and if s/he did, they are one of those book-smart types that have no common sense. What a loser!

So this was actually shot on Fuji 400 color neg film.
But it got a bit too much flare and lost some contrast.
I played with it a little, then hit the "B&W Button"
It looked a lot better...

Pentax MX with Chinon 45mm f2.8 with no hood, into the sun... Fujicolor 400 converted after the scan.

My New Favorite Lens

It may be slow and somewhat heavy, but I judge my equipment on results. I have rediscovered it
returning to film cameras and this is the image that moved me. And I smile with the thought I bought
it way back in the early 70's!

Pentax MX, M 50mm, f4 Macro. Tri-X 400 A keeper from a friend's estate clearing along with many books (Ansel Adams) and five negatives sold in one of the Washington exhibits during the early 1980's. Very clean except for bumper seal aging.

One from a while back. Wasn't entirely happy with the B&W scan so I decided to tint & tone it in LR.

Canon F-1.
Some Vivitar macro lens. (90/2.8? 105/2.5?)
Kodak Tri-X.

Yeah, it looks a lot like a color picture at first glance.
