We had one of those down the street, "Cadillac Lounge" (looked like a real cadillac, but a beater, mounted in the wall too). Exotic dancing + motel. One-stop shopping. Torn down for condos this summer.

Nice picture. My experience with night photography is limited. Something tells me that even using a relatively fast film the camera’s meter would be indicating underexposure in the above picture.

I just let the SuperA do its thing in program mode. That was handheld @ about 1/30 sec @f2.
The SuperA really seems to nail correct exposure in P mode. (Where I use it the most).

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately my only Super Program has an unreliable meter. Do you remember what speed film that was taken on?

The monobath seems to work fine! Nice shot!

A well balanced approach. The tonality is there and I like the dark area of the upper background, it contrasts with the head nicely.

Meter off lit areas from up close.

The meter in the Super Program is not that sophisticated (vanilla center-weighted averaging). A combination of fairly bright sky and the bright window display provided the happy placement.
