does pentax...?

does the AF film SLR's multi-exposure feature under expose automatically? or do i have to under expose it first before taking a shot/s?

i think pentax MZ 5, MZ 30 and other MZ's have this multiple exposure function aside from the single frame and multiple frames functions....

so what do you guys think?

does it under expose automatically?

thank you all for your answers!

Don't have the handbook for my MZ 5n to hand, but I can't see how it could be automatic - how would the camera know how many exposures you want to make? I presume you could press the multi button as many times as you want... All multiple exposure features usually do is allow the shutter to be re-cocked without advancing the film - simple as that.
