Ha!! That makes me feel a tiny bit better! Been trying to get my son up here for weeks now to help me plumb the darkroom sink, and something always seems to come up. Weather, work, sick grand kids, you name it! I know I can just grab all my stuff, and head for the small bathroom to process the film, but dang it, I want to process the next roll in MY DARKROOM! I replaced the seals and bumper on the new KX (thanks very much to Jon Goodman), and it's loaded and ready to test. Like to process the test roll at the same time I do the MX roll. With more fresh snow on the ground, if I choose the right lighting, both rolls should require the same processing, so that's where I'm at for now!

I had to google him to see what you were talking about. His pricing seems really decent, especially considering they charged me $5/roll for C-41 development only at Walmart!
I have all the equipment to do my own, just need to stop being so lazy. :P

Sorry to be so obtuse - I also forget you are in Alberta, whose population is about the same as my Metropolitan Area here (wouldn't I like to move to Montana!!). FWIW, there are no decent labs left in St. Louis, either. C-41 at Walmart is normal. My commercial photo shop only does color work. They send TMAX and Tri-X out to (you guessed it) Dwayne's.

I do hear of one guy left who processes/prints b&w in the city. I think I'd rather do it myself, better for the wallet

I'll be shipping the MX off to Phil tomorrow! Sad to let her go :*(

I'm in! Please add me to the list. I've currently have a P67 kit and 2 Super A's. I've had my eye on an MX for awhile, would be fun to try it out!

Cheers~

Sounds good! After me the MX is going to Rod (post_eos) in CA, then you are next in line.

Out of curiosity...Is anybody ever going to post some pictures? That was the best part of my time with the Sightseeing Screwmount (Pentax SV).

Hey Steve,

I loaded a number of photos at the start of the thread but there were a few bumps along the way which has caused some chatter.....I think we are good now though. Looking forward to seeing a few photos from Griz and Jennifer and it's be nice to see a few from you Steve if you'd like to take the MX for a spin?

Cheers,
Steve
