Asahi Pentax Spotmatic SP

Found one of these for sale with some assorted lenses. Would the lenses for this be screw type of regular Kmount?

Debating on getting it for the lenses but not sure if I want the hassle of getting an adapter?

Spotmatic was screw-mount . . . I have still one. Produced some great glass but you will need an adapter.

Just keep in mind that you can adapt a screw mount lens to a K mount camera, but it doesn't work the other way. The K mount has a wider opening so there is no way to fit it into the threads. If you constructed an external mount, it would throw off the focal length so you couldn't focus to infinity. Vern

It looks like a little gold mine that included two lenses but not sure if I will take the jump. Maybe someone else is watching this (hint hint) so I will not go into to many more details. today
