Camera said BOO

I just got my ZX-7 out to get it ready for tomorrow. I wanted to check the batteries, film etc..(I have Pentax battery pack on it). When I turned it on BOO appeared in the center of the top LCD screen fo about 5-10 seconds then it gave the info that should have been there. Batteries basicly depleted,and no film in the camera. I tried to get it to do it again several times with on luck . Has anyone else had this happen?

Did you put in 10/31 as the date

No , If it had happened then I might have spooked me.

( Actually it did a bit) As it is it stands now, it is an odd curiosity.

mystery solved sort of. I got it to do it again. It appears to be a glitch in the software. with no film in it it is reading 8oo even tho it is set to read the film canister and my last couple of rolls were 400 ,and I haven't pushed the iso on this camera . I got it to flash between Tv and auto modes. It still looked like BOO when I turned it on
