Part roll question

Just an added note, This was a regular process when I only had one camera, but it became really only an emergency process, once I had two bodies, usually one with Kodachrome 64 the other with ektachrome 400.

The only issue I had was when I started processing my own B&W, and I would generally swap out the E6 process film for B&W, which i pushed several stops for night photography.

I stopped switching totally when I got my PZ-1 because I then had 3 bodies.

the real lesson is never sell or trade up, because you can always use another body

Actually Canister which usually I have, but also on the leader as well... after I rewind it... Of Course I Did Think I Could Mark It Directly On The Actual Frame, But I Did Learn At Any Early Age That It Would Screw Up My Shots... I could however do it in a dark bag and put a sticker on it, but one risk damaging a curtain.
