Another possible contender: Canon FT Canon FT QL - 1966
I'm leaning toward the Topcon though. I'll have to wait for definitive word.

Today I spent the late afternoon on the achensee in Tirol with my K2DMD, the Bronica and of course some lenses, for instance the 24mm f2.8:

And the A superzoom:

Hopefully I got some good catches.

I've been looking for a nice LX for a while now and had just given up and then I found this one advertised as being in mint condition and for a great price. When it arrived to my shock the seller had misrepresented the condition of the camera, instead of being in mint condition, it is in an unused condition, even the books have never been opened! Yes it even came with the plastic wrapping stuck to it and the original protection sheet for the pressure plate.
I thought my virgin LX needed to be dressed, so I put it in the sluttiest dress I could find a K50/1.2, it's gear porn afterall.

Thank-you, but such a beautiful camera will make me hesitant until I put the first mark on it.

Yeah I know what you mean.

I have a black MX in the same shape and it's still sitting in the box like it came from the factory, as I'm hesitant to use it.

Double wow. Houston, we may have a winner. The brigh-work at the lens end seems to match as well.
01: Topcon Super D sn 7101582 with Re Auto Topcor 58mm 1:1.8 black lens sn 11682230 and sunhood
I thought the Super D as well. Glad we got that one cleared up!

BTW...nice camera and very well made.

Lovely find. I suppose old collectors die and their prized possessions get passed on. I wonder if the sticky mirror problems are age or use related.

Here is a rare one, with little information on the net. Coupled Selenium meter to a Copal SV shutter. The must be the first "S" that came out in 1959. It is in perfect working order. 48mm/f2.0 Hexanon lens

The Konica S is such a pretty little machine. Hard to find, too.

I guess I'll soon find out, still it's nice to shoot with a "New" classic camera. This now is my 3rd after a new old stock MZ-S and a new forgotten in a cupboard KX.

Here's a quick end-of-the-day shot of all the gear I was carrying around yesterday, spread out after unpacking it. The total weight of photographic gear was 9kg and I had to pack very well to get it all into my Lowepro backpack.

The nine kilos of gear I carried around yesterday. I used virtually everything though.
