Despite my best efforts, my film camera collection continues to grow.
Last week I was given this Minolta SRT 101 with 50/1.7, and today I was given another SRT 101 with a 55/1.7, as well as a Canon AE-1 with a FD 50/1.8
Nice gift(s) and I had one like this ... it looks great ... J

Mine has the all metal early MC Rokkor 58/1.4. I expect that the smaller and lighter 50/1.7 would be all the nicer.
A cheap and simple m42 to SR mount adapter (I have shown a genuine one but copies are available) will put a very nice and light takumar on these bodies.

My rare and cool XE-1, "I love its Panda look", produced in conjunction with Leica, it can be set to meter manually or aperture priority where the shutter is stepless. This camera is a joy to use.
The 28mm f2.5 Rokkor is also a favourite lens being very sharp even wide open.

Those Minoltas look like rangefinders that someone has smacked a prism housing upon. Cool!

That is very interesting. I'd be more interested if the plans were offered in AutoCAD format. But then I have AutoCAD and can open a file in that format.

The auction doesn't mention if there is only "one" available, or multiple. It does mention other models are available, and another coming "soon".

I see the person is in Greece. I suppose with the economic situation the way it is there, an innovative approach such as this is just the ticket!

You mean the hard leather (as opposed to the softer version) cases? I know they were available in brown as well as black, though it has been a long time since I have seen one for Pentax.
