I found a Petri 7s in a thrift store that fully works. I am going to try to shoot a roll of film with it. It even came with 2 rolls of Kodacolor X - Kodak color film that predates the C-41 process.
I had a Petri Racer, which was an awesome camera until the rewind crank broke. It's a more compact rangefinder with the same 45mm lens on it. It's sad that they remained in the shadows of the Electros and Canonets.

and another... there's no problem here.

This one arrived with the mirror adhesive having failed, likely during its cold journey to me, and the mirror itself wandering around in the box, lodged against the inside of the mount, then the back of the tray and the curtain. Some surgery and a few hours later, she's shined up. A very simple camera. A very lovely feeling camera. Shutter priority. UV mount. An oddball, but a well made one.

I was taking a snap on the coffee table and saw it shining in the background so moved closer. Figured they were contemporary to one another and wouldn't mind hanging out together.

A seller on eBay had several. I bought two for $38 plus shipping.

H3v, Accessory Meter I and Super Tak 55/1.8 With "Experience"

I'm not sure if I got a decent deal-H3v, CdS Meter I, and three lenses: Super Takumar 55/1.8, 105/2.8 and an Enna Munchen 24/4 'Socket lens'. The Takumars are worn a bit but in nice optical and mechanical shape. The Enna Munchen has issues. The camera? Well after an exterior cleaning and a re-lube of all the pivot point, and accessible gears and levers, well it functions after about twenty warm-up shots. Definitely needs a professional clean and lube to be a shooter. I have $150 total with postage and PA tax in the lot. I thought the camera deserved a photo study for you to examine.

Another shot today of the 57mm monster. I've really been enjoying shooting with this thing moreso than most other lenses its size.
This time on a new-to-me FT-1 that was also a pleasant surprise as far as handling and build-quality.

Beautiful, though I get sad every time I see a box of Kodachrome. Wish I could shoot it again.
