Big and Little Brother"S"

To my eye these are the two most attractive cameras I own. And by attractive i also mean they attract the most attention.

SV and H1a

At first I couldn't decide where to post this. It's a new aquistion, so it fit's here: https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/general-talk/99051-your-latest-acquisition.html. But I could just as well introduce it here: https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/pentax-film-slr-discussion/57517-introduc...lm-pentax.html. After some thought, I realized the items in this photo represent the most coveted photography related items I own. Therefore, this thread won out. This was shot with a Optio H90 P&S. Otherwise, I was gonna have to wait two weeks for developing via mail order.

Here's my new SMC 400/5.6 (purchased from member grahame). capped with my KX and mounted on my also-new tripod
That is one BIG lens cap! I hear they double as frying pans in a pinch That's a gorgeous KX and Awesome Lens (in Capital Letters) ... who made the tripod?

Thanks! Of the Bessa line, I love the looks of the R and R2 best. This was an EX condition I picked up from KEH when they discounted it a little. Has a little wear on the bottom plate and one scratch on the top plate. Otherwise looks and feels nice.

LOL! Well, since it is plastic, I limit it to just mircowave use. But yeah, I suppose I could have picked a better angle to lessen the effect of that cap.

Since the KX is in the background, the light brassing on the top plate isn't visble. Otherwise, it's pretty clean, and it's had a visit to Eric. So functionally it's tip top (I acquired it in October).

The tripod is a second hand Manfrotto 3221 I found on ebay and I added a new 804RC2 Manfrotto head.

With these latest additions, I think I may be finally recovering from the 'BA's.

cheers,
Fred
