Maybe mine is out of spec or something, but it feels cheap and plasticky in its wind-on and most other actions. Let us know how you get on with the Minister.

I have looked often at the Electros, but the death-pad and battery hassles keep me staying with the tried and true manual cameras. Fortunately my Yashica light meters still work, but the camera doesn't depend on them. As I mentioned, the Minister is not in the same league as the Lynx, but for the price, and something different, it looks to be worth having. The lens is smaller, and has less elements than the Lynx, but in real world use not significant, I have posted examples from only three element lenses one would not pick from more sophisticated lenses in everyday shooting.
