More new gear. 6x7 Takumar 600/4. I just couldn't pass it up. It's one thing to look at it online but when it's right in front of you and you can touch it, GAS over powers any rational thought and is all consuming. 77mm filters fit at the lens mount end.

I love that it almost makes the 67 look compact

For sure. It's a lens you use within the proximity of your car.

77mm filters inside the mount tube? OMG.

Yeah, amazing. If you look at the Pentax 67 mount, it is made with an inside and outside mount for these big lenses.

Congrats on getting the 600mm Tuco! I look forward to seeing some photos from it 😉 hope you have a solid enough tripod for that beast?

Thanks. I'm wondering if I have a big enough tripod too. I will use two tripods for sure though. One on the lens and one on the body.

The lovely Chinon 45/f2.8 - a great alternative to the M40mm pancake.

This was one of the first lenses I used on my first MX, about 10 years ago.

New LED light box for viewing negatives. Much better than my old, old one.

Sold off some gear I wasn't using and picked this up at the same time.

What do I need with a swing-lens? I dunno, but it should be fun.

Pentax P30T

Picked up what looked like a barely used Pentax P30T from ebay. Waited patiently for it to arrive and it does indeed look to be hardly used at all. Meter seems to be accurate, shutter seems good. Ran a film through it today, so I will know soon if everything is good. Pretty happy with it. Not bad for $30.

No photo to post, but I just got a PZ-1p from forum member aaacb. It’s going to be a companion/backup to my MZ-S. I’m still trying it out, but so far I like the interface on the MZ-S more, the grip on the PZ-1p is fatter, which is less comfortable to hold. Nonetheless, it is a very capable camera. I worry a bit about the mirror gear and the MZ-S, so for now, the PZ-1p will be the backup.
