A 40mm f4 macro would be interesting... especially if it were a pancake like the f2.8...

Fujica ST901, another member of my expanding camera collection.

My 705, this one is slightly different than the 705w. This model lacks the capability to add a winder.

The 705w
I posted a pic of this camera before, but this one I shot today.

A K40/4 macro? I can't find that in the lens database?

No Pentax gear pics to share yet as I'm waiting for my LX to arrived, but a few from my other systems to whet the appetite. I'm afraid I spread the love around a bit!

I do get a kick out of taking photos of gear.

... and a gratuitous pic of my main bit of gear - taken with a non-photographic process by placing it on my flatbed scanner.

A recent acquisition for 30€ at a "collector's fair" in Poitiers ... mostly it was for stamps, postcards & coins, etc.

Happy camper, because I have wanted to try out this lens for quite a while. It's a 1985 serial number for this Jupiter-3 (50/1.5) and it works great on the Fujifilm XE-2.

Your Fed2 looks very different from mine... and mine came with a f2.8 Industar 50mm, so I’m a bit jealous of your Jupiter... it’s a nice kit.

I've had 4 or 5 different Jupiter-3 over time and none of them were quite right for various reasons. I've still got one silver variety left with on my remaining Zorki-4 that's just ornamental now (shutter capping issue i've not bothered about since it got bad). But my favorite of all the FSU 50s I've had has always been a mid-80s Helios-103. I know there's always been huge quality variance with all of these, but the particular one I got, it was a lottery ticket. Every time I see images taken with it I'm surprised all over again. I guess I just never got a "good" Jupiter.

Thanks. Mine has a 66 (1966) starting serial number and I eye/ear test the speeds which seem OK.

So there's now a roll of Agfa APX 400 in it to be shot soon to see the Jupiter-3 in action.

Hi and thanks ... I have only played a bit with this Jupiter-3 which is my first one. I have two Jupiter-8, one silver '59 P & one black '76, and they are OK ... here's an image from an exhibit of a Citroën Rosalie (maybe a 1935) which was at the same collector's fair/expo. Taken with my Fuji XE-2 wide open and near MFD ... for the fun.

His FED-2(D) is mid-60s vintage and lacks strap lugs. Also gone is the vulcanite covering of earlier FED-2 bodies. The textured fabric is similar to that on my Zorki 4K. Other than that, it is similar to my early 1960s FED-2(D).
