Best part of the goodie bag given to people attending the Pentax celebration at SRS Microsystems in Watford (UK) last Saturday. Came with a nice strap too which I think I put on my LX.

I just finished an Ektar roll with my chrome KM.
Love it in black! I find the brassing so elegant...

Ya, I've had the black KM for years now. It was a rescue. When I bought it, it wasn't working and the hotshoe was missing. In 2013 I sent to Eric Hendrickson for a rebuild.
The lens I just bought, and can't wait to try out.

That's what I thought. I'm pretty sure that lens was designed to Allen specifications. I'm looking forward.

Haha
I'm excited to see how the beast does. Of course it had to start snowing the moment the lens arrived and I can't go out shooting until it warms up about 25 degrees

It is one of the "missing thirteen" although I suspect there are a few K-series lenses on that list I'll never get (the 2000mm mirror lens for example!). I have my eye on three of the 13 but am being indecisive as to which one to get. Having got all the low-hanging fruit, most of the 13 left are on the pricier end of the scale.

I'm not sure I ever posted this one here. Two of my all-time favorites.

I'm not familiar with "the thirteen". Can you list these? The K lenses have always been my favourite Pentax products especially when paired with their contemporary cameras. They do wind up on M cameras and my LX though because they can produce extraordinary images. I suspect I already have several of these but I'm willing to take the chance my LBA won't cause too much trouble if I JUST read about them...please.
