Thanks for the inspiration! Great stuff. I am finally about to take my first whack at using my ME Super that has been waiting for me since I bought it for a few bucks some months ago... I will be shooting a couple rolls of portra 400 to start and (some Ektar 100) with hopes of getting some printables of the family for holiday gifts etc out of the mix. I don't expect results this good considering that I am a film newb and am at the mercy of the local lab. At least I have FA77 and FA31 to help me and I have a good local lab based on reviews. I will be attempting my own scans though from the negatives (just with a flatbed)...
Anyhow, seems like I should take your lead and shoot at 250 when in the shade... Any other tips?
edit: it seems like it's pretty hard to screw portra 400 up as far as under or over exposure. (particularly
based on this article)
