Pentax H2/S2 internal parts

Hi guys, I hope to find some help here. I'm owning Pentax H2 black for some wile but it happened that cameras shouter is dead and some other internal mechanisms are in bad shape or totally covered in rust and not working properly. Question is: how similar are other Pentax cameras internal parts and mechanisms, what's my beast bet to find most similar Pentax cameras for spare parts to repair my Pentax H2?
Does anyone tried to do such a thing please advise me couse I really don;t what to buy another H2/S2 just for taking from it some small parts and dumping it away/
Ps: sorry for my english

Pentax S2 and H2 are identical internaly. I have 3 H2 / S2 bodies with ranging serial numbers from very low to high and all apear to be the same construction. However, with most early Pentax bodies you will usually find at least 2 variations of a particular model with some having 3 or 4 minor variations. The next model released in the Pentax lineup is virtually the same as the previous model cameras late version with a name change as they seemed to just 'evolve' from one model to the next. All the pre spotmatic bodies from S2 onwards use 99% of the same internal parts with the main differences being around the mirror box and aperture stop down areas as time progressed. But to be honest by the sounds of the condition of your body having internal corosion you will spent many hours repairing to a stage of being accurate and useable/reliable again. Given the current prices of working camera bodies compared to the cost of a parts camera I would be just purchasing another working body.

If you haven't done it before, don't even think you can repair this. You would need parts, probably a new shutter curtain. Rust is not a good sign. Keep it for spares, or show, but it would be cheaper to get a working model. The most practical of the pre-Spotmatics is the SV, or the S1A, beautifully made to use Super Tac Lenses.
