Spotmatic battery covers - interchangeable?

Are the battery covers between the various Spotmatic models interchangeable? For example, would a cover from a Spotmatic F work in a Spotmatic II?

The Spotmatic F is different from the other Spotmatics - it uses a 625 cell, which is larger, hence a larger cover.
