Yes, it's quite a bargain - but instead I'm going to go for the Tamron 17-50mm out of Hong Kong for au$6784.77, and you even get free postage!

At least it's much cheaper then the Leica M3. The gold one is a bargain and new too.

Wow.

That's more than the worth of my camera gear + car combined.
$2,500 with the presentation box, papers and never touched. Maybe.

Or the Titanium

or in Black

or 2000.

Better looking camera anyway.

All from Boz.

or 2000.

I like the accessory lug added to the LX2000 grip, allowing a neckstrap to be attached in the "normal" position while using the grip.

All these special editions and they never thought of adding autoexposure memory lock?

Chris

Actually it does and I believe everyone knows it as the manual mode . . .

As I have written before, it is easy to blame Hoya because we can see them. But the last good decision Pentax made probably was some time in early 1971. From then on the SMC license money gusher sustained them.

The LX is one thing, but this beauty spied in a local camera shop was clearly marked "Not For Sale"...

That's hilarious. It looks like something Hannibal Chau from Pacific Rim would own. I prefer my LX the way it is, to be honest.

I understand the desire, especially for those who are keen to accessorize. It's difficult to find photographic equipment to match my teeth.

You know, you're right. Do you think they made LXes in plaid? I don't think mine is hipster enough, really. :P
