Can someone point to a Pentax SV Meter manual, the meter itself.

They're a strange thing, those old clip-on reflected light meters. They date from an era when most people either shot b&w negatives using Sunny16, or shot colour transparencies using a hand-held incident meter. The clip-on meter is a wonderful toy to own, but if you want to take actual photographs I'd strongly recommend getting a good incident meter. Or learn Sunny16. It still works even with digital.
