Moony 16 and teleconverters

I'm familiar with the "sunny 16" concept; is there something similar for moon shots, if I can't actually meter it? I'm talking about aiming at a full moon here, not shooting a scene by moonlight.

Also: is there a standard for adjusting for light loss using teleconverters? Like, 1 stop per 2x, or whatever.

Thanks, matt. That's what I was after.

Now, about those teleconverters...

1 stop for 1.4x, 1.5 stops for 1.7x, 2 stops for 2x, or at least that's what I've always gone by. Not that I use teleconverters much, but this article matches my memory. I'm sure someone else will chime in if I'm wrong.
