wooden hand grip for 67, 6x7, 67ii

Does anyone know the difference between type 1 and type 2 of this wooden hand grip? I'm not sure which one I ought to get. Thanks very much.

There are two versions of the wooden grip.

One is a cold shoe grip that you can mount accessories or flashes on, but there is no linkage to the camera. You can use this on any 6x7 body.

The second wooden grip is for the 67ii and is a hot shoe grip. There is a 5P sync cable that attaches the grip to the 67ii body, for TTL flash. You can use this grip on the 6x7 or 67, without the 5P connection. This grip is about twice as much as the regular wooden one.
