The Vivitar items in the B&H catalog don't include a battery pack or winder; this is a mechanical, manual focus, manual exposure, center-weighted, LED meter camera, apparently. Shutter speeds from 1/2000th to 1 second plus Bulb; hot shoe with flash sync at 1/125th. Self-timer and DOF preview. Manual ISO settings from 25-3200.

I haven't seen any of these Vivitars in stores for quite a while, but recall earlier ones as being similar to early K-mount Pentaxes in most respects. This one looks like the latest iteration of that lineage.
