From 67 to 645 value

67 format is too huge for my uses. Viewfinder is still an issue.

I did try large format camera. But pentax 67 is a SLR which does not require tripod for shooting unless you use higher aperture and lower iso.

If you do make the switch, get a 645n instead of the n ii. Costs about half as much, and all you lose is MLU. The mirror slap on the 645 is nothing like that of the 67, and you seem to prefer handheld work anyway.

I agree about the 67ii being a good option. But if focusing is your main problem there is no guarantee that the 645n or 645nii with FA lenses will solve it, although it will certainly feel easier! Accuracy of the AF on that system totally depends on your subject.

If you really are going to step down to 645 and if finances are a real concern I would surely recommend the 645n over the 645nii. The functional differences are pretty limited but the savings are significant.
Also I'm puzzled by your comments about the 645 lens system being more attractive. The ED telephoto lenses on either system are equally good. And although this is just my personal preference, the other two you mention are zooms... I don't see the appeal of zooms over primes at all with cameras like this. If you're trying to save weight I don't think you would be shooting medium format in the first place.

Finally, if you want to use 67 lenses on the 645 I recommend the 90mm and the 105mm. They are the two smallest 67 lenses and fill the focal length gap nicely for the 645 system.

IMO I would keep your 67 setup - I have been extremely happy with both my 67 kit and a complimenting 645Nii body. I have no complaints whatsover using 67 glass on the 645nii - on the contrary the Fotodiox adapter works perfectly and you retain auto-aperture. I still do not have any dedicated 645 glass as I've just not felt the need.
