Trying to find the right lens

I Inherited an ESII from my grandfather but I only have a zoom lens. What is a smaller lens that would fit the camera? Would a lens from a spotmatic work? Would this lens work

An auto 110 lens would not work. Any of these would, however:

Third-party M42 lenses will also work.

A good go-to lens would be the Takumar 50mm F1.4:

I would go for a Super-Multi-Coated or SMC Takumar lens to make the most of the open aperture exposure metering.

One of the SMC Tak 50's would be a great start. Then you could add a wide angle (such as the SMC Tak 28 f/3.5) or a longer portrait lens. It depends on your budget and what focal lengths you prefer.

One thing you can do is try to pay attention to what focal lengths you tend to use on your zoom lens and then choose a prime that corresponds to the one you use most.
