In the old days "high iso" meant shooting ASA 64 Kodachrome instead of ASA 25.

"EXIF" data was supplied by pen and notepad.

Old Days: Opening a drawer and finding 1,700 translucent sleeves with orange acetate inside

Loved the Kodachrome.

People always faulted me for using slide film. Even when I pointed out the economics of it all they would say, "But looking at those tiny little pictures sucks compared to the 4 x 5 prints."

Then I would pull out the projector and screen, turn the lights down and make my tiny little pictures 4 x 5.

Feet.

Not knowing if you got "the shot" until later when the film was developed

Being very picky about what your next shot would be because you only had two frames left on your last roll of film and they better count.

Popping my just finished rolls of Kodachrome 64 (in their prepaid mailers) in a mailbox when you were travelling on a long trip. Then coming back home to find the processed/mounted slides in those lovely yellow plastic containers, waiting for you to view.

Life was so easy then!

You knew you "got" the shot or didn't and took it a second time only, just to be sure.
