OK, so this wasn't shot with a Pentax, but it has grain and these are friends from SoCal about '78. I thought it might be interesting because I was using a Minolta 16mm and PlusX that I developed see saw style in a tray because the film was too small for the spool in the tank.

Kodak BW400CN, Sakar FF-8 Focus Free Optical Lens toy camera, under exposed, through a train window, a rather pictorialist result

Jussi, I think you win!
BTW, I quite like "unleaded". The other shots in this thread are quite fine too.

Kodak BW400CN ~1600ISO and underexposed, Pentax MX

My first print I ever made off the first roll of film I ever developed. Sub par scanning job.. but what do you all think?

I'm definitely in love with grain.

Totally EXCELLENT, dude! Not so shabby scanning, you might need to do a bit of spotting is all. But you got good tone, good dark gradation, and a dynamic shot! WOO HOO! welcome to the club

Wow, thanks! I'm really happy how the print turned out considering I'd never been in a real darkroom before I made this.

How do you do spotting? Is it just touching up those little white specks?

Congrats on your first results. Yes, one way is to use the healing tool in your image editor.

Some BW400CN grain, under exposed a bit as I didn't compensate for shooting in shade

On a happier note, friends at Thanksgiving.
Superprogram Neopan 400 pushed two stops. Sepia toned after scanning.

Not super amounts of grain here but enough to be noticeable.
