Do the Pentax M bodies all share the same back?

I recently acquired a really clean Pentax ME body. Most of it looks nearly pristine except that the back is pretty scratched up, so I want to eventually replace it. Does anyone know if the film doors are interchangeable on the M series bodies?

I recall there being a date back for the ME super* - so the original back should be easily removable. The ME super back plate may not be interchangeable with other models though.

*used for recording the year/month/day a photograph was taken.

The ME/ME Super should be the same, as they shared a dial data back "ME" as indicated above.

The MX has a different back, so stick to the ME/ME Super.

Thanks guys. I forgot about the data back for the M bodies. It looks like the MV1 and MG can use the same data back, so maybe I'll look out for one of those.

The Super Program back will also interchange with the ME and ME Super. The leatherette will be a bit different in texture though. I'm not sure about the MV, MG, or others though. Maybe someone else will comment on those. I can also confirm Phil's claim that the MX has a different back that won't interchange with the others.
