Good place to buy bnw filters in Canada?

I want to buy a single circular 77mm red filter. I'm near Ottawa, Canada. It seems crazy to order it from B&H and go through the shipping costs, but I can't seem to find a Canadian shop that sells them online.

I buy all my filters on eBay. If you are patient you can find like-new filters at great savings.
