Mirror box foam replacement

Hi there,

I just bought an used Super A and a MX which the foams are rotten and sticky I have to replace them, but I've never done that before, is there parts readily available ? I wonder if there is better material such as super fine nylon used in Velcro can be used, any suggestion ?

You may want to to check Aki-asahi. I have purchased set of light seals from them, and I definitely recommend it. They manufacture sets for specific cameras, 'universal' seals and custom body coverings.

Fixed four ME's and ME Supers with Jon's kit. All very easy.

Maybe try thin stips of tree bark. Flammable though.
