Disassemble and Relube SMC 67 Lens

Apologies for the cross-post (in MF forum as well) ... 67 shooters these days can be tougher to pin down.

Can anyone in these parts offer any tips for relubing a 67 lens. I picked up a large SMC 300mm F/4 that is in quite good shape but for the slightly catchy focus. Imagine a relube would smooth it out and just want to know if anyone has a breakdown out there for the procedure, or at least any tips or "gotchas" to be aware of before I blindly head in.

Cheers all.
