I have both an SV and an H1a (same as S1a), plus two Spotmatics. While I agree that the SV and H1a are good looking cameras, the Spotmatics are my favorite. To my eye, the lines are much cleaner, especially the contoured lens mount with hidden attachment screws.
The Spotmatic falls into my hands more comfortably than any camera I've ever held.
I may be biased, as one of the Spotmatics was the first high-quality camera I ever owned. I washed dishes and bussed tables all summer to save enough to buy it new, with the 55/1.8 lens, in 1967.
