Alternate source for early Pentax SLR repairs

Not knowing how long Eric will continue working on Pentax, some good news for alternatives:
Don Goldberg (DAG Camera) is one of the highest regarded Leica technicians, and I use him for my most critical work. When I've had other techs do work on my Leicas that wasn't right, Don has always been able to correct it. I've even had another Leica specialist tell me to send a difficult lens job to Don, as he was better equipped for it.
I noticed that recently he has sold some early Pentax cameras on his parts website, with a note that they were just completely serviced by him. Now I see he has added a note that his is now repairing Pentax Spotmatic series and K1000, with typical overhaul cost of about $60. I asked him about earlier models, and he says he will also repair all the early Pentax SLR models up through the K1000. I had previously noticed he sold an Asahiflex, so he may even service those.

Thatís good to know. I have two Asahiflexes and several early S bodies ready for a CLA.
