Originally posted by Rejd Hi all, new to the forum and wanted to share something with you all. I collect vintage cameras and picked up a box of old cameras from a thrift store today. I had no idea how rare the Pentax S camera was until I looked it up. This one is very mint and I’m excited to own it. Just wondering if the lens that goes with it is correct for this camera.
Thanks!
Nice find, it is a cool item to have. I would recommend a full CLA to keep it working for years to come.
As for lens there were two lens that were standards: One is the fairly common Takumar 55mm f2.2 and the other is the very rare Takumar 55mm f1.8
