I've done C41 and E-6 before so I know the process, but it's been close to 20 years and I forget how the use of the chemicals go. If I bought a liter and my 2 reel can holds about 300mls... So I get 3x2=6 rolls fist pass. If I can do 24 rolls per liter as advertised, that means I use the liter 4 times...and if so I adjust dev time each round, correct? I have a vague memory that's how it works.... I haven't bought the chemistry yet or I could read it off the box.

Freestyle has the instructions for the kits they offer available for download. Those usually include information regarding reuse and capacity before exhaustion.

The instructions with the Unicolor kit are both frank and informative.

Another option is FPP which has 1 and 2 liter kits. They've pretty good, pretty informal Youtube videos about it on the product page as well.

Thanks to tonyzoc and the other contributors for bringing this up. I'm just back into a bit of C-41 processing and this is great information.
