recently got a very cheap 6x7 non MLU that had a sluggish winder and sticky shutter

have been tinkering some and the the winder is now smooth and the past couple of days no stuck mirror

however i have noticed at least twice (and now pay more attention) that the battery check light would light up quickly when winding/cocking the shutter

curious if anyone has ever noticed such an occurrence? and what it may mean
